Pictures of tonights game... Nikon5000, still learning, and I was sitting in 117 H... so I wasn't completely close... But I'd love some feedback on them if you guys dig it! Enjoy. Here's the link to all the pictures, I'll just drop a few here, in lower resolution so you can see what kind of shots I got.... http://www.flickr.com/photos/blazersducksfan/sets/72157623622029009/detail/
Oh, didn't you hear? Wells used Obama bailout money to buy the Blazers from Paul Allen. It's called "investment marketing"--cheaper than traditional advertising, and it can be recorded on the balance sheet rather than simply as an expense. It's all the rage!
Nice pics! Good job. I'm strictly a point and shoot currently, but some of those pics are very clear and detailed. I imagine the Nikon 5000 is a pretty good camera?
^ Yes, the Nikon 5000 is a very nice camera. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Nikon -...755.p?id=1218082646627&skuId=9311755&st=Nikon 5000&cp=1&lp=1 NICE PICS!
Nikon5000 is a pro camera. With a zoom lens, you could take pro pictures. Although I hear that's a notoriously hard field to crack.
Thanks for sharing your pics!! I noticed that you have very few "action shots" of the game. Most of your game pictures are of players standing or walking, rather than running or driving to the basket. Is that because the low light and telephoto lens prevented you from using a fast shutter speed?
Agreed. There should be at least 3 candid well focused full frame Becks shots. Very disappointed to be honest.
Honestly it was because I'm still learning, and I was using just the general functions, got the 55-200mm and the Nikon5000 just a week ago, and I have a lot of reading to do to learn how to get the great shots that I know I can get out of this camera, also because I knew the action shots would be blurry I usually just watched during most of the fast movement! Was a great game to just watch and enjoy and not worry about us losing!
