    GSP attempted six submissions. Hardy attempted zero.

    GSP passed guard 26 times including twice to full mount and five times to back control. Hardy failed to improve his position once.

    Finally, GSP landed 174/201 strikes. Hardy landed 42/66.

    Perhaps there is some truth to this. He didn't give up the armbar but possibly the kimura.

    Either way, Dan Hardy is on crack.

    I think next time GSP actually goes for the knockout via GnP knowing Hardy is lost on the ground outside of his sub DEFENCE :]

    I agree, there probably is some truth that GSP is too much of a pussy/nice guy to break some guys arm but I wonder how his endorsements factor into it. Breaking some guys arm is pretty brutal and maybe GSP thinks he needs to maintain his "honourable" fighter image to keep his mainstream endorsements.

    Problem for GSP is he might get a reputation of a pussy then nobody will ever tap on him. If there is no threat of injury or extreme pain why tap?
