I want to know when and why Burger King decided to carbon copy a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, use that copying in their advertising, and then undercut McDonalds by charging a buck for it.

Either idiotic or brilliant, I can't decide which.

Isn't the "bun" two fried chicken patties? Looks like it to me, which would make it rather different from a Sausage McMuffin with Egg.

    Sausage McMuffins are a buck.

They should just use the sausage as bread.

    Sausage
    Cheese
    Egg
    Sausage

    Yumm!

I don't follow the fast food industry, actually. I thought we were just talking about this product. ;)

Ahhh, but McD's charges an extra buck and a half for the egg. That's the rub.

This isn't just a product, this will be a lifestyle!

It's just one of the many benefits from Obamacare that we will all be able to enjoy! Fried food without worry.

    Dare to dream.

I still like the concept of the burger with two grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun. This is pretty cutting-edge too, though.

Huh?!? Is the chicken rubbing the egg? The egg rubbing the chicken? Or are you rubbing both of them?

And more importantly, who came first?

I think Norm MacDonald made a joke about this that went: you have to decide between a delicious chicken sandwich or living.

They did it a few stores for a limited time to see if there would be any demand. Now it's going to on the menu at every KFC.

I'm setting up my tent in the parking lot on Monday so I can be first in line.
