    Wow. I found this to be hilarious. Babs was definately the worst GM in the NBA. I guess he got credit for the trade he didnt actually think up and for the draft. But wow. He is a horrible GM.     I just saw this, and I must say this is both funny and sickening at the same time. Does he have some sort of relative or close, personal friend that is on the panel to vote for the award? Or does the person that voted for him just not understand the game of basketball, or was it just some kind of sick, twisted joke?I would LOVE to know who voted for him...
