So your talking about setting up a institution for payed sex. I guess thats better than pimping. But what Im about to say most of you wont agree cause your atheist, but in the past history, civilizations that start to promote sex in a public and only pleasure way fall quickly. I think they should keep it but figure out a way not to waste so much money. All I know is that Arizona pays way too much to keep their prisoners in jail and that adds up. People shouldn't have to pay to feed people who commit such terrible crimes. Like STS said, why not just shoot them and get it over with?
