The records of the Western Conference playoff teams against each other this season (they all didn't play the same number of games):

    UTA - (15-11)
    POR - (14-11)
    LAL - (15-12)
    DEN - (14-12)
    DAL - (12-12)
    PHO - (9-13)
    OKC - (11-16)
    SAN - (9-16)

Remaining games: Tue: (Den vs Pho), Wed: (San vs Dal), (Pho vs Uta)

Looking at these records, there's no reason to believe the BLAZERS don't have a really good chance at winning their 1st Round playoff series, especially if they play Dallas or Phoenix, whom Portland finished 3-1 and 2-1, respectively, with wins against both of them on the Road without Brandon Roy.

Our record is even more impressive once we see that we are 1-7 against 2 teams. Unfortunately, we are probably going to see one of those teams in the first round.
