    Amazing how many people shortchange their life experience by wasting meal opportunities on fast "food".

    The sheer blandness your tastebuds are flogged with daily has to take 10 years off your life by itself, then there's the artery stuff...

    It's bypassing real taste for watered-down tasteless dull stomach filler when you could with a tiny bit of effort have a quick, delicious, healthy meal exploding in taste and flavors.

    Good food is like good sex.
