Wow they sure are. Now can you tell me how they are going to afford it? Look at what they are doing. The penalties for being found in the country illegally are:

    1. 6 months in Jail.
    2. $2500 fine.

Option 1 cost the taxpayers money, because now your jails are going to get filled up and you are going to have to build more. This includes more guards, feeding prisoners, etc. With the amount of illegal immigratns there are, can Arizona afford it?

Option 2 in unrealistic. No illegal alien is going to give a shit about a fine, and good luck collecting it from them. They will just bail to somewhere else and leave the state SOL.

So really to me, unless they are up for funding option 1, then this is useless.

Just stick them in a warehouse by the border, take a bus and drop them off in Mexico.

It seems like a good idea to either change the law or enforce it.

I don't think that basic tenet has to be something that the KKK cooked up.

Yikes. I'd hate to be an American citizen in Arizona if I were hispanic.

It's the right track, but not the right solution.

So now the people of Arizona not only have to fund all of the programs that help these families, but also have to take care of the prison bill.

$2500 is a lot of lawn care.
