This is a thread where you can express your frustration and disgust at the fawning and general cocksucking of the "superstars" in games.

Right now, the ABC announcers are practically fingering LeBron's butthole while they all take turns blowing him on the scorer's table. I'm not saying that NBC or CBS or TNT was any better, or that this hasn't happened since television coverage of the NBA begin, but Jesus, people, have a BIT of unbiasedness.

I was unaware that the Bulls were even playing in this game.

You seem like a very angry person to me.

Announcers tend to go with the flow, and when one team is winning it's natural to talk more about that team.

Would have been us had we drafted Durant. :sigh: Oh well.

LeBron is an historically good NBA player - a sure Hall-of-Famer. What are they supposed to say?

Would you prefer they take bitter old-man sports fan route?

"Yeah, I guess LeBron is okaaaaaay. But, he can't compare to the real true legends of the past......blah, blah."

I don't like it much, but be honest, if the Blazers had Lebron or one of the other superstars and the media was slobbing their knob there's not a chance in hell this thread gets started.

I don't really understand how you want me to react to that.

Should they talk about the team that's losing and how great it is? Or guys on the bench?

LeBron ended up with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 blocks. Plus his team was winning the entire game. What SHOULD the announcers talk about? Derrick Rose, a supposed PG, taking 28 shots to score 28 points and ball-hogging to an extent I haven't seen this season? Sure, he had 10 assists and 7 rebounds, but if people want to bitch about Roy having the ball too much, watch this game again for a real example.

I've never seen two players as identical as Varejao and Noah.

Facing the Cavs is an uphill climb. You can't breath on LeBron or you'll get a foul.

Who do the refs think he is -- Kevin Durant?

The Bulls couldn't get any offense going other than Rose, so he took a lot more shots than usual in the 2nd half. In fact, the Bulls closed a near 20 point deficit to 7, before the Cavs pulled away.

It was so bad the Bulls went to Hakim Warrick 3 or 4 straight times with LeBron guarding him.

Shit, LeBron only got to shoot 7 FTs today. Durant had that number by the end of the first quarter against the Blazers on Monday.

I know Rose is better than that, but the Bulls won't win a game if he pulls that stuff for the rest of the series.

He didn't take many shots by half time. They need him to carry the team, because there is nobody else. Deng got 15 shots and ended up 5-15, and he's the only other real scorer on the team.

That isn't true, at all. Announcers or commentators love to fondle the balls of a player 'on form' or a top player. I've seen this happen in every sport.

Really? I guess you didn't watch the Blazers beat the Lakers a couple of weekends ago, with Kobe's penis firmly in the announcer's thoats until the final horn.
