The New York Yankees finished their sweep of the Texas Rangers by winning by a score of 5-2.

The Yankees heard that Harden was going to his job today. The Yankees were the employers and they made him WORK! That’s right, he had to WORK today!! The Yankees WORKED him OVER!

In three and two thirds innings Harden was finished at 94 pitches. He was done. He was cooked. He was disposed of. His day was over and he was all used up. Harden would tell you which Yankees did their job. Do you know who did their job? Alex Rodriguez and Curtis Granderson. Granderson walked twice and Alex walked three times. They made him SWEAT AND LABOR! They did their job and then when the day was over, they punched the clock! What did they do? DEY got ta JOB done!!!

Jorge Posada has to get a mention for hitting a bomb. Mr. Text Message, Mark Teixeira hit a nice home run shot bomberooni as well!

Then we have Mr. Andy Pettitte. Andy Pettitte brought out his broom when he was on the mound. It right next to him while he was pitching. What Pettitte basically did was clean up the mess the Rangers left and swept them back to Texas. He had to tidy up Yankee stadium. It was a thing of beauty. It was a dazzling display. He crafted a masterful game plan with fastballs, curve balls, change ups and cutters. You didn’t know what he was going to throw and when you did you were baffled. He did not have his best stuff early on but figured out how to get his mojo. The result was eight “complete” innings giving up two earned runs on four hits.

Mariano then signed the CHECKS by pitching a perfect ninth!

Yankee fans. We are seeing some thing special. Some thing extraordinary. It’s a wonderful thing. Yankee fans? Welcome aboard. There is no stopping this train called the New York Yankees. They are going to steam roll right through every team that dares step in their way.

I'm pretty sure Harden did it to himself. His MO is to be a pitcher who throws a shit load in a few innings. He'll find himself in the bullpen soon in his career. I think his first game of the season he threw like 85 pitches in 3 innings.

    If that's his destiny.
