    Wow, that's a lot of cash. It's probably what they need to do, but I was hoping for something like $8/$7 rather than $11/$9.

    If he can continue to play like he has for the next two years then he would still be a good deal at that price. I'm just not sure he can keep going like this.

    A 2-3 year deal would be awesome for this guy. A solid rotation of Camby, Oden and Aldridge would kill! Sprinkle in some Pendergraph and Cunningham or Howard and we're set with young and old front court players.

    If the deal is for real, I like it. For a player of Camby's age, I'd prefer to pay him more per year at the trade off of signing him for fewer years. A one- or two-year deal is ideal. I'm okay with paying him a lot per year, so long as it's a short commitment. He is playing at a very high level, and he's the kind of player who could push the Blazers over the top next year or year after. That's worth a free agent premium.

    If we stay healthy, and re-sign Juwan and find another bench player for parts of our MLE, we're seriously gonna be loaded for next season.

    In a time where I've been really upset with Paul Allen, a day like today it's great to have him as an owner.

    This will put us over the luxury tax I believe. I have to think that is bad news when it comes to resigning Juwan and Mills. Small price to pay I guess...

    I'm not sold on re-signing Howard. He was a nice story, but I'm not bullish on his short-term future.

    Truth be told, I'd probably prefer to re-sign someone like Outlaw than re-sign Howard.

    Travis' value took a hit and he would be a nice option at backup 4. However, IF everyone is healthy, I think you'd be hard pressed to find minutes at the 4/5 positions after LMA, Camby, and Oden.
