I just watched game 1 and he was amazing! 18 points/ 5 rebs and had a team high of +15! With 1:45 left he hits the huge 3 and then on the next pocession locks up Nash on the defensive end! This guy is gonna be special. I know we've been talking about it since he came back this season, but his future is BRIGHT!

His three late in the fourth put the nail in the coffin.

Nic impressed me. The exit of Outlaw opened up crunch time minutes for he and Webster and they've both delivered.

He should be playing 40 minutes a game from here on out!

    He stepped up "under pressure".

The pressure increases with each game.

Let's see how he and Bayless respond in Game 2.

I expected praise for Nikolokolus, like a prediction he made or something.

Agreed. Miller-Batum-Camby-LMA should be playing 40+ with Bayless and Webster splitting 40 and Juwan stepping in for about 10 mins. This is the playoffs. You have to go with the players who are getting it done.

Just 21 years old, and coming through big time in the clutch.. Nicolas is money. The difference in his game between last year's playoffs and now has been night and day. Great job by Monty too in helping the development of his game.

Maturity, ability to make outside shots in tight playoff situations, fluid game, always in the right place at the right time...yep, it's everything I was expecting out of Rudy Fernandez when he came over from Europe.

His jumper is $$$$$$$. I like it better than Webs jumper, which to me does not look as good at it used to.

Nic is great, a 2nd year jump in PER to 17.3 (2.3 over average STARTER in this league) - when you realize that his biggest contributions are on the defense which is not really measured in PER... that kid is going to be amazing.

As Doug Collins said - when his offense catches up to his defense - look out!
