Hey I'm tryin to lose a little weight, I'm out of shape. I don't consider myself huge by any means, but as you saw in my pics I posted on the Member Pics thread, I'm a little chubby. I'm just sick of it. Most of the problem for me is probably is eating junk at night time. Plus I always gotta have a drink near me for some reason. But for the last 3-4 days I have only had 2 glasses of Gatorade, and about 15 bottles of water, so that's good. My dad said I could substitute snacks with gum, so I'll probably try that. But what should I do? I mean I'm not looking to be a regular at the gym and get jacked. I just want to be average size. So, I got all the workout music ready, trust me (thanks to Big L lol). But what should I do? Run a lot? Start lifting? Push-ups/Sit-ups? What?
I would try to run daily, shoot for a mile. Also, for junk food, you could substitute fruit. I could at least lol.
Being big owns!Dont go on a diet bro :thumbdn1: All seriousness. Running is the best way to go. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I would try to run daily, shoot for a mile. Plus, there is saturated fat and unsaturated fat, saturated is the good fat(I think) which fruit contains.
Really if this is about losing some pounds (Which you don't have to do, as long as you are happy with yourself bro) then simply have 3 meals a day, as least fattening as possible, and run as much as possibleBut the bottom line is, just be satisfied with yourself man. We love ya

Run, run run. It's the best cardio workout there is. Don't lift weights, and try to eat just a little less then you do right now.
CelticBalla, push ups are great exercise plus after you start doing them you start to notice you can start do to more and more of them, like you said you don't want to be jacked or anything, push ups just get you the tone because your only lifting your weight. Push ups are underrated, I'd start with that.

And for the person that asked me if I watch a lot of TV, um not really. I only watch it at night. Usually basketball, or a couple shows every once and a while on late at night. Why?
Eat a well balanced diet and exercise regularly, theres no point in not having junk food, if you do a workout you should reward yourself, once a month, but only if you think you've done well. But don't eat too much
