Right now, I'm seeing the Lakers exposed like I haven't seen them in a long time by the Zombie Sonics' length, youth, and effort. Phil and Kobe Inc. maybe waited too long to "throw the switch", or perhaps there wasn't a switch to throw this year... a weak bench and a lack of (that's my) focus will be their undoing... but against OKC?

Kobe seems to be pulling a Rudy. He's shot only twice so far.

    I don't think so.

They freeze up in the second halves of games after running out early. Notice how none of their baskets this game have come off half court plays. It's all up and down. Once LA slows it down, OKC can't do shit.

    Oh, and Fisher blows.

I don't think so. LA is too big of a market. Should it get too close for comfort, OKC will be playing 5 on 8 (see game 6 of 2002 WCF).

I know as an individual he does, but based on dollars and cents there is no way Stern will allow OKC to beat LA.

Stern hates LA, he would love for Durant (OKC) to actually beat them and be the story of the year, the underdog beating the champs.

But not going to happen, it's only Durant vs. Kobe, Odom, Gasol. Series might go 2-2 tonight but LA will get the job done.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I really don't want the Thunder getting a bunch of confidence and enjoying major success in their first trip to the playoffs with this bunch.

Sorry, my hatred of the Lakers trumps this.

They are definitely hungrier than us, I just don't know if they're good enough to upset us in a 7 game series. They still have to win in LA (which they almost did). I would not be surprised if the Lakers' lost. Kobe's ego was too damn big this season trying to play through the broken finger and torn ligaments on his shooting hand. Now it is coming back to kick the whole team in the ass because he can't shoot the ball properly.

    We'll see though.

I had to switch the channel when Adam Morrison and BJ Mullens were on the floor at the same time. My eyes can only handle so much ugly.

I admire the hell out of that team, but they worry the hell out of me ... oh wait, I'm a Thunder fan, I should be really happy. Ooops, my bad.
