Well truth be known, Brandon Roy completes LaMarcus Aldridge. I think that with Roy being back even if he isn't at 100% makes life easier for Aldridge. Hopefully this equals close games that Portland can win. Game 5 is HUGE, would love to come home with a win, all the pressure is on the Suns, with Roy back they have to adjust to him and it gives Portland another scorer on the floor, I love starting Bayless to cause Nash to have to come out and play defense. This might turn out to be one of those series in Blazers history when we look back and go "Remember when?" I think this is going to be special.

Howie brings up a good point. Without Brandon, LaMarcus isn't nearly as good as he is with him. Same with Brandon, he's not as good without LaMarcus (but he is better at being a solo than LaMarcus).

Kind of like how Gasol on his own isn't nearly as good as he is with Kobe (even if his stats are not as high as they are w/out Kobe).

But we as fans sometimes forget that.

In June of 2017 when we have just wrapped up our 4th title, somebody on here will start a thread about,"Remember back in April of 2010 when BRoy.............." Right underneath it, some bitch from the east coast will start a thread that says, "This championship is tainted cause it took us 5 games to put the Nets away!"

I think the original quote from Kersey(?) makes a good point, and kind of sums up how I feel. I'll be dissapointed if we don't win this series, but reality is we're the lower seed. I had the hardest time stomaching that we may lose this series without giving the Suns our best shot. With Brandon in the line-up, I'm at piece with the idea that the Blazers will have three chances to win two and we'll FINALLY see if Phoenix can stop us. If the Suns win this thing now, I'll be able to look forward to next season, and not look back with a "what if"...

I was at that game, and I'm not embarrassed to say tears ran down my face. I should also note that mine weren't the only tears in my section. Words can't explain how emotional that moment was.
