But KGW only shows the calls missed that go against the Blazers...they don't show the replays where the refs miss a call in the Blazers favor... So you're getting fed a really slanted view.

I just realized that I am way too invested invested in this team. Nice to have three days off not only for the team, but also the fans.

    Go get Game 6.

Heh. Yeah it bugs me, but we're a 6th seed with a hobbled star against a team with a couple legit stars in Amare/Nash. Just from a marketing standpoint I understand it...but I skip the Barkley buffoon show so I miss a lot of the really crappy talking.

They do show more missed calls against the Blazers, but they show some that go against the other team as well. Either way, the more replays the better if you want to judge the officiating.

We lost this game because we didn't rebound. Pretty pathetic.

It doesn't help that the Blazers got blown out. This shows that we've hardly improved as a team in the playoffs.

Roy might've been 50% and the refs may have been against us but this is none of the heart, talent, or roleplaying that we've demonstrated through the latter half of the season.

Often, it seems as if guys are more concerned with getting blocked and how that would affect their image on national TV than with driving it to the rim in hopes of getting a whistle.

And tonight, they would clearly be right.

No. Rudy is the most worthless player currently in the playoffs. He doesn't belong in the NBA. Is there any way that we can give Mills some of his minutes?

Not necessarily. As was already discussed, we got blown out by the Suns three times in the 1992 Playoffs, but we won 4 games, all of them close, so we advanced. Hopefully, that's what happens this time around too.

What the fuck was up with Roy, I mean, why be out there if you're just going to stand around on offense, and not work on defense? I mean, they cant play 4 on 5 the entire 2nd half.
ugh - that was terrible, there was the vintage mcmilian offense too, lets just stand around while one side of the court has the ball going 1 on 1. no fucking motion, no tempo, nothing.

This pretty much sums it up. Being pummeled by 18+ points in 3 playoff games. Picture (from game 5) is priceless.
