In their bid to add possibly another veteran safety, Ken Hamlin said on his Twitter account that he is visiting Cincinnati tonight and tomorrow. Hamlin was released by the Dallas on April 2 following three seasons there. Hamlin came to Dallas after spending his first four seasons in Seattle. In 2007, Hamlin earned his first Pro Bowl berth after having a career high in tackles (102) and interceptions (five). After that season, the Cowboys gave Hamlin a six-year, $39 million contract. Since then he has had only one interception.
