I think we're going to keep the 5th seed in the playoffs or possibly move to 4th.

Caron Butler has now gotten used to the team, and can be sure to play better.
Gilbert is just getting better and better.
Jamison however, i'm starting to worry about, he's a great player but he did not show much off in the Cavs series, I think he will pull together and do a great job next season.

    Lineup changes?

No, I like our lineup. Keep it how it is, unless we do get chris wilcox. In that case, Eddie Jordan should watch his game and see if he's worth being a starter, not this season but next.

I think they need to get rid of Jamison. They need more in the post, someone who can play defense and have a strong inside game. Im looking for a trade here. It's impossible to tell right now because they havnt gone through an off-season yet but they have the right pieces at the guard and SF spots. They need to improve their frontcourt.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (GArenas @ May 13 2006, 12:29 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I think we're going to keep the 5th seed in the playoffs or possibly move to 4th.Caron Butler has now gotten used to the team, and can be sure to play better.Gilbert is just getting better and better.Jamison however, i'm starting to worry about, he's a great player but he did not show much off in the Cavs series, I think he will pull together and do a great job next season.Lineup changes? No, I like our lineup. Antawn Jamison definitely does suck on defense. He would be the first to go. He really is overpayed though so he might be hard to trade.

Are u kidding me, we can definetely beat the cavs. We slumped in the playoffs, doesn't mean we won't come back next season.

Yeah, really, we can beat the Cavs. CB4, you're just LeBron's male lover. We know how to shut down the Cavs, LeBron has an okay supporting cast, but once you shut them down, the Cavs become a piss-poor team. LeBron will be forced to bring them back. 'Bron needs someone that will always pick up the slack for him, that somebody isnt Hughes. LeBron and Larry will never have the chemistry Gil and Larry had, EVER.

The Wizards are one of the worst defensive teams in the League. The source of that? Antawn Jamison. Get rid of the guy. He is aging too.

Its not like he's a lockeroom problem or anything, its just that his defense and shot selection is what kills me. He has a pretty high market value, and if the right trade pops up, I'd like to trade him for legitimate PF/C and a decent SG. But we can always just get a decent SG with MLE, Fred Jones or DeShawn Stevenson would be nice additions to this team. If the right offer doesnt come, then we'll keep him. We're just testing the market this season, and its doesnt seem like its going to be a good FA class this year. Jamison is a good player, and I'd like to keep the big 3 together unless we get a good offer for him. Who cares if he's aging? He's not declining one bit, he had one of his better seasons this year, including his best rebounding year.

I remember Zards saying we should try and get Nene..I think that would be a great idea...get rid of haywood and pick up Nene...And yea we can beat the cavs...just cuz we are one of the worst defensive squads in the NBA does not mean we wont improve over the summer. I think that since some of the new players like AD and Cron are now used to the team, they will definently help us out next year..and also, there is no doubt in my mind that Eddie Jordan will stay as head coach for the Wizards...but then again, I said the same thing about larry..

I think that Antwan Jameson could be moved this offseason to get a bigger interior presense, something the Wizards could use. Caron will get better and might average over 20 pys next year, but hey need to address the post and defense.
