I thought Aldridge was great for us tonight. He didn't shoot well but he commanded double teams and that is why Rudy and Webster were able to get going. He also had 5 blocks. Without LMA, we get swept in this series, every loss by 35 points or more.

LMA + Pryz + Miller for Bosh and Calderon, IMO Calderon is a better fit here than Miller as he's a great shooter, yeah his D is weak but Andre's is not that great either. We keep Bayless to backup PG and SG, Rudy we can do whatever with. Calderon has 3 yrs left and is I think 5 yrs younger than Miller

Considered by some NBA scouts to be the most underrated prospect in Europe, this season has clearly been a coming out party for Serbian center Miroslav Raduljica, now draft-eligible as a 1988 born international. We got to watch him play on four separate occasions over the course of our trip, and each time came away impressed by a different facet of his game.

The intrigue around Raduljica has to start with the physical attributes he brings to the table. Showing excellent size for the center position, to go along with a strong frame, a solid wingspan, great hands, and decent athleticism, Raduljica passes the initial test for an NBA center. He runs the floor well, is a fairly mobile player, and is capable of getting up off his feet and finishing plays with a strong dunk, particularly when he has a moment to gather himself, even if he’s not what you would call an incredibly explosive athlete.

Very much capable of operating in the low post, Raduljica has an array of moves he can use to get an efficient shot off, helping him shoot an excellent 57% from the field. His footwork is solid, showing nice spin-moves, pivots, jump-hooks, drop-steps, turn-around jumpers and the ability to utilize shot-fakes, Raduljica is a fundamentally sound player who can score with either hand and has very nice touch around the basket. He is a very good passer finding the open man when doubled, at times making some pretty spectacular passes, and generally seems to have a nice feel for operating on the block

Versatile lefty bigman with a high ceiling ... Has a lot of potential due to his size, agility and offensive development ... A finesse 4-man with excellent versatility, but shows the toughness to play inside with contact ... Shows a strong ability to run the floor and change directions, start and stop ... Has great legs (strong) and feet (quick) ... Has inside/outside ability with the ability to defend inside and play with his back to the basket, as well as knock down shots on the perimeter ... His outside shot has both range and consistency, and he has begun to develop some excellent moves including a jump hook, a turnaround fadeaway as well as fakes to draw opponents off their feet and excellent footwork ... Shows a competitive fire. He has a strong desire to win and improve, he just needs to show that at all times ... Gets off the floor quickly and has solid explosiveness ... A solid shot blocker ... Comfortable handling the ball when necessary to break the press and has solid vision and passing ability ... Has a very good body and appears that he will be able to add upperbody strength and become a solid rebounder and interior post player at the NBA level

21 pts, 5-15 fg, 1-2 3p, 10-14 ft, 8 reb, 3 ast, 2 to, 29 min -- On Friday in practice he and Zubcic went at each other in the 5-5 half court offense. Both were able to get by the other off the dribble for baskets, Motiejunas' coming in the form of an explosive dunk, while Zubcic went left for a lay in.

A number of scouts had come in from Portsmouth (PIT) for the Friday practice and game, and Motiejunas was extremely impressive in both. His lefty midrange and outside shot is highly effective. He was also handling the ball in the full court as they worked on breaking the press and made excellent passes.

His start/stop speed and agility is extremely impressive for a 7 footer, although he's definitely a 4 and not a 3. He'll likely be a quick, finesse 4 ala Chris Bosh. He needs to add strength and get tougher in the paint.

Although the USA team's bigmen took the weekend off, Motiejunas showed the ability to play with American athletes and appears to have the most long term potential of any bigman prospect in the game.
