Seriously. He did just about everything this series. He took on the defensive assignment of Andre Miller and did a great job. He joined a club of 4 people by making 10 straight shots in a playoff game. And he had this magical line tonight: 3 pts, 12 rebounds (game high), 4 assts, 2 steals, 2 blks, +26 (game high) The guy was drafted in 1994. He has been through so many surgeries. At one point, he played 47 games in 4 seasons. And two seasons later, he had a 21 game season. He never gave up. He played hard. And tonight, at the age of 37, he EARNED his first trip to the second round. Congratulations, Grant!
Too soon. Fuck grant hill and his 97% shooting. Only against the Blazers does this old man defy the odds of time and shoot 10-10 in one stretch of game. Fuck.
Well, he was definitely the difference after Game 1 and totally changed our game plan offensively and what we could/had to do. Andre couldn't get back into the groove at all over the last five games.
