Replacing the water line and the filter are both easy do it yourself fixes. So easy even a HispanicCausinPanic could do it.
Remember, when you put it out in your backyard to stand there for eternity, TIE IT CLOSED SO CHILDREN DON'T ACCIDENTALLY GET LOCKED IN IT!
