I trust he'll spend the offseason working out and really perfecting the arm cross.

Yes. They picked up his option last year that extended his contract to the summer of 2011, at which point unless he has said he wants to coach on one year contracts.

Sadly, chances are we get at least another year of this piece of shit offense and ridiculous substitution pattern.

Oh, and total lack of fire on the sidelines.

Good God I hope McMillan's not coming back.

I couldn't stand another season of his attempt at coaching.

I don't think the franchises fortunes could either. . .

I remember when people wanted Jack Ramsay gone. I remember when people wanted Rick Adelman gone. I remember when people wanted Mike Dunleavy gone.

Sure, but there came a time when people wanted Mo Cheeks, Mike Schuler and PJ Carlesimo gone too. EVERY coach wears out their welcome eventually and sometimes they deserve it. :dunno:

With Nate, we've gone from 32 to 41 to 54 games. I think if we would have been healthy this season, 60 wins wouldn't have been out of the question. We never really went on a run this season, which I think was due to injuries. As Roy said, this team never got "connected". That's not on Nate.

As for these playoffs, with Roy either gone or (perhaps worse) playing at 50%, we took the hottest team in the league to six games. I frankly don't think there's much else Nate could have done.

The people you mentioned deserved to get fired. I don't think Nate has reached that level yet.

True in many ways. But it begs the question, how much of that is due to talent changing. The year before he came here, we were starting Martell Webster, Viktor Kryapa and Bassy, Juan Dixon and Zbo. The roster has been vastly upgraded, and any coach would have won more games IMO. The one wrench in that scenario is this year where so many players were hurt, and even then you would have a hard time arguing that talent wasn't still upgraded over the previous year.

No one could watch that series and think Nate should have a job next year! No adjustments made, no offense, and our defensive minded coach gave Amare a highlight reel! Enough! Go after Carlise who Dallas may let go and let Nate go coach the Wizards.

    Oh there's your point

Anyway, I don't agree with you. This guy will lead us nowhere. Nate will surely get another year though to prove once again he can squeeze the life out of a regular season with the best of them but will never win in the playoffs.

    Then it's lockout time!

    HURRAY!!!!!!
