They were both good defenders, but I liked Kittles offensive game better than Chrisites. Kittles was an ok three point shooter and could drive to the basket well.

Oh wow, I was just thinking about this comparison earlier, and was going to post it. Seriously, that's freaky.I say Doug Christie is better, because he was more of a team player, and was better at defense than Kittles. Both didn't last too long though.

How could you tell? Kerry Kittles was a great team player. Never really cared about himself. Always doing what it took to win. Didnt have a ego. He was loyal to his team too. I dont see that statement being true.

I say Christie. I felt he was very underrated when he was in the league and meant a lot to to the Kings. He was a top 5 defender in the NBA in his prime in my opinion, a very good passer, and could score in transition. He was a big part of that great passing team in Sacramento along with Webber, Divac, and Bibby/Williams.

Kittles was a very good shooter and when he was hot he could put up some numbers, but I just don't feel his defense was at half the level Christie's was.

I think Christie was the better defender, but Kittles was the better all-around player. Kittles could run the break and score on the offensive end, therefore Id have to give him the nod.

Kerry Kittles, when he was on the nets he was a key player in that roster, tell me what Doug Christie ever did?

What are you trying to say? Christie was never a key player on a roster? Haha. He was the starting SG for the Kings for 5 years and for the Raptors 3-4 years prior to that. He always guarded the best perimiter player on the opposing team, he was a very good passer, and he has career averages of 11/3/4. He has been on All-Defensive teams too.

Kittles was a decent scorer who ran the floor well and fed off of Jason Kidd's ability to find him for open shots all the time. He was not a better passer and most certainly not a better defender than Christie.

Good comparision. This is a tough one. Kittles is a good scorer, very quick, decent defender, Can shoot the ball well. Doug Christie is very athletic, great passer, Can play 3 spots on the court, He used to be one of the best perimeter defenders in the league. If your looking for a good offensive player who can give you 10-13 ppg then Kerry Kittles is who you want. If your looking for a tough defender who is a great leader then you want Doug Christie.

Kittles. When Kittles was playing with the Nets, Jason Kidd wasn't there for half of his career... and he still was good. He was a team player, did whatever it took to win (look at all his injuries... and look at the way he played)... Christie was a great defender, but Kittles by far was better.

Kittles.Kittles was a great spark for the Nets, a few years ago. When the Nets didn't have VC or JKidd. Kittles wasanice team player on a team that was virtually no good.

I haven't seen Kittles play too much since he aint currently on a team, but from what I have seen, Imma go with DC since he plays much better D and he can finish some pretty cool offensive plays.
