All it took was the coach calling him out publicly.

Is that the same as being exploited? Oh, wait. Rivers is Black.

Me thinks Rudy would have pouted even more.

A better title for this thread would be "Rasheed delivering because he FELT like it". He FELT like it when the Pistons won. And he didn't when they lost. Pippen hated him because he had the talent to be one of the best of all time but was a lazy asshole. Rasheed has been out of shape most of the season and most of the time doesn't give a shit about anything except himself. Whether he will care in the next game or series is anyones guess.

Link? Source? I think your projecting your own feelings onto Pippen. Everyone who has ever played with Rasheed has referred to him as a great teammate. Why do you think Boston's Big 3 and Doc Rivers begged Sheed to come to Boston?

ucatchtrout is correct, but I don't think Scottie hated him for that. Disappointed in him is probably more accurate. It's well documented that Rasheed is lazy, not dedicated, and often times uncaring. I think the best, most obvious example is his whole "CTC" interview.

The guy who made us win was justifiably mad at the Oregonian for its unremitting humorless hatred of him, demanding that he drop his emotional personality and be more professional and uncaring. So he reflected it back by acting tough when he told his enemies, the local reporters, who were working hard to destroy him and find something wrong with his every word, "Just cut the check."

The whole CTC thing was misunderstood. What he was saying is that his loyalty goes to whomever wants him. If you pay for Sheed, you get Sheed, beat it the Blazers, the Celtics, or the Pistons.

how doesn't that describe most every player in the league? Wasn't Brandon making public overtures that he was ready to leave if Portland didn't max him out? Thats actually taking it a step further then Sheed's CTC comment. Assuming your an employee, would you remain loyal to a boss if he didn't want to pay you?

No, Roy never once insinuated this. I'll need a link for this lie. Way to make things up, STOMP. Perhaps you should PM me 5 times again "telling me off". :)
