Olowakandi, yes.Darko...umm, no...I see him as having a decent season next year, maybe averaging around 12 ppg, and 8-10 rebounds. And then having a breakout year after that...alot like Dirk did early in his career.

Right now he is a waste of talent, in my books at least. Another good waste of talent is Josh Childress..

I don't think young players should be labeled waste of talent just yet, they're just starting there careers and still have many games to be played before you can label them bust or stud.Olowakandi was just a flat out draft bust.

Dwight Howard. Why? Because he doesn't get the damn ball. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the guy averages 15 PPG on only 13 Shot Attempts Per Game. Why? How does a kid this good only get 13 shots per game? Orlando needs to get this guy some touches.

I lost a lot of respect for him when he did that.</div>He averaged 24 ppg with a 20 pt scorer playing on the court with him. He's averaging almost 30 ppg on 46 % shooting in the playoffs, I don't think he's wasting his talent at all

Darius Miles. This kid could be an all star if he worked hard practicing his game. If he would work on his jumper he could be a premier player. Instead he spends his spare time smoking weed. He is very athletic. He can get inside and finsih with a dunk easily. He also has the tools to be a good defender..he just doesnt give a sh*t..I have reason to believe that he cares more about his money than actually playing.

^Maybe he'll be underrated all his career, and then traded to a better team, with a chance to shine...Not unlike another former Hawks guard that has had a very successfull career since being traded to a Western Power.

His talent can't be wasted, cause he has none. Besides that, I agree with you. Once he got into the NBA, he said: "I'm making millions, alright" and simply stopped working. It's garbage, discraceful, and disrespectful to anyone who actually works hard

Darius Miles is very taented, I don't know what you're talking about. Athletic ability is talent...Martell Webster on the Blazers too is wasting his talents..

How is MartellWebster a waste of talent he's been in the league for 82 games? He showed off his talent near the end of the season. Darius Miles is ALL athletic ability..Hes shooting 17% in his career from 3 pt. range..how the hell is that talent? Sure he can dunk the ball. Can he cross over a couple defenders then blow past them for the score, can he get his teamates involoved? NO.He is not a waste of talent.

Anyone who is 6'9, has a 7'0 wingspan, and a 40' vertical inch can mae the NBA. Tell em: How is Darius talented? He can't defend, score, pass, or win. He has no leadership qualities, and is actually a nusense int he locker room. Tell me one skill this guy has right now

Steve Francis was a huge reason why Dwight wasn't getting any touches, and I'm sure this season he will be the focal point of the offense now that Francis is the Knicks' headache. Orlando has a very bright future ahead of them.

Darius Miles - Has extreme talent, very little B-ball IQ and no desire to be a player in the NBA.Ron Artest - Great player right now, but imagine if his head was on straight.Vince Carter - Could be dominating the league like LeBron but he doesn't care half the time. Takes too many outside shots.Andre Miller - Like Carter. He just isn't aggressive enough and doesn't seem to care enough. Again a very good player, but he could be so much better.Yeah 3 out of the 4 are star like players, but they could be SO much better if they wanted to be.Another one. Eddy Curry - Has the talent to be a great center in the NBA. Just doesn't care enough.

Michael Olowokandi! 1st pick in the draft, absolutely monsterous man, good rebounder when he tries, can score when he really wants to, nice baby hook, could be a dominant shot blocker. I mean I really like Kandi-Man, but he could have been an All-Star in this league no question, but now it's too late. He actually had a couple solid seasons in LA, but that's really it. Minnesota wasn't a bad fit for him either, but he blew it. Then, even on the Celtics, he couldn't find any minutes. I hope he shapes up and goes to a team in a lot of need for a center like Chicago or New Orleans, maybe Charlotte.
