Tayshaun Prince to get second Olympic opportunity

    Detroit Pistons forward Tayshaun Prince will have a shot at playing for his second Olympic gold medal, as he was added to the U.S. national team Tuesday, along with up-and-comers Tyreke Evans, Jeff Green and Stephen Curry.

    Prince, 30, was a reserve for the 2008 "Redeem Team," which took the gold in Beijing Games. Michael Redd (Milwaukee) and Jason Kidd (Dallas) are the only two from that team who won't return.

    Prince, noted for his defensive versatility, is still seen as valuable to USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo and coach Mike Krzyzewski
