We need to pass out Blazers propaganda like the Timbers have.

Start blogs, websites, forum meetings, real life meetings, etc.

Are you being sarcastic or are you serious? If you're serious, PM me. No joke.

It's weird, your choice of words really hit me ... Just now I realized that there are places in the world right now where genocide is occurring, where people are blowing themselves up or being blown up and other people are starving to death and I don't give it two thoughts. You've done me a service today, I think I can safely say that I now have no care whatsoever if the NBA is fixed or not; I have a newfound perspective on the "atrocities" committed in the NBA.

    Thank you (seriously).

Well, I'm glad I can help, I guess......

I'm not about to defend my feelings about this. It is what it is. I care. I don't feel bad about it. Nor will I. I've put too much time, money, effort and emotion in to this league and this team. I want something back. Rather, I want something fair.

If the league was truly "rigged" why would we get the 1st pick in the draft? Greg Oden was tagged a franchise changing player and Boston could have had the first pick. Instead WE got that pick....If Greg stays healthy this team is very capable of making a title run. Obviously there are some changes that are going to be made before we get to that point but I'm more than confident this team will continue to improve through the draft, trades and free agency. I think some games are horribly reffed and there have been some obvious fixes in the past but I don't think we have fallen victim to that.

Donaghy passed his lie detector tests. And there's a difference between being rigged or fixed to a certain result, vs. being heavily influenced to a highly probable outcome.

That's what I think. For the most part, the refs simply enhance a team's ability to win or lose by calling or not calling fouls, breaking a teams momentum, seeing to it certain 'star' players get to play however long they want to... It doesn't guarantee a win or loss, but there is certainly an influence. Like an NBA ref once said- This league is not about fairness. It's about marketing. And proper marketing puts money in everyone's pockets- owners, players, officials, league management.
