Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter People close to Batista are now saying that it's not 100% he's leaving WWE soon but it's still believed by some that the Over the Limit pay-per-view will be his final show for the time being. While there's obvious interest in Batista from TNA, he has been listening to outside offers. Batista is said to be purely business, unlike Jeff Hardy who went to TNA for other reasons, and TNA may be a long shot for him since they couldn't even come close to paying him what WWE has, which is several million dollars per year.
I really like the story line, they are litterrally the superstars that gave made WWE what it is today. Especially when they hit at it for one of the most prized belt in WWE. I want Batista to win, but if he doesn't I want him to join TNA. Eaither way, I think I'm a winner.
I really think they're beating a dead horse with the story line now that Cena has beaten him twice. They need to give someone else a chance at it instead of continually pushing Batista as the top contender. On that note though, I think I'd be shocked if the upcoming Over The Limit title bout stays as a one-on-one match. The WWE has been pushing Sheamus a lot as of recent, and Orton has been steady in there as well, so I wouldn't be shocked if one of or both of those men were put in the title bout either.
