Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. in my mind, you blame people for things they are responsible for. lebron didn't have a great series. he had 2 good games, 1 awful game, and 3 average games. the problem for the cavs was that his supporting cast didn't play well enough to win any games when lebron was anything less than good(by his already high standards). i don't see how that can be his fault.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. Or you get TOs by being stupid and holding on to the ball too long. Which is what he did quite a few times tonight. He didn't make quick decisions with the ball and far too often let the double team come down on him and he then proceeded to screw up.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. You're not in a position to criticize, though. Considering what you're willing to overlook.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. Well, it's not entirely his fault. He can't control Shaq sucking or Mo and Jamison pulling disappearing acts. However, for a team that runs their offense through him so much, when he struggles, it hurts the team a lot. Beyond that, it's disheartening when you see your best player playing like total trash during some of the biggest games of the year. It's not all his fault, but he does deserve a nice chunk of the blame.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. What am I overlooking? Good for him, he got his 19 rebounds and 10 assists, and a somewhat efficient 20some points. He still made too many bad decisions and wasn't nearly aggressive enough.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. I don't see where that comes in to play here. He was great, what's your point? That doesn't really affect the fact that he played like trash when it mattered during most of this series.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. Eh, trash? Don't know about that. 2 great games, a bad one, 3 ok ones. Difference is what is "ok" for LeBron, and what is "ok" for your dude are two different things. So you're not in a good position, especially considering 2003-2008 for Bryant.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. What about 2003-2008 for Kobe? He put up some great statistical seasons but never won? And what? And I'd argue to say he had 2 bad games, because I don't consider tonight to be ok. If he didn't have 9 TOs that led to a good amount of the C's points off TOs and fastbreak points, then it might have been ok. But no, it was certainly bad.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. was he playing like trash defensively when he was shutting pierce down?
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. Did it matter? He shut Pierce down, but Rondo and KG lit them up tonight. And I, personally, think LeBron's defense is highly overrated. His team plays great team defense, which is largely helpful to shutting good players down.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. it's lebron fault that jamison doesn't have a prayer to stop kg? see that's where it goes back to the coaching. in the first 5 games of the series it was obviously that jamison couldn't guard him, so why were they trying it again? and yes, it definitely mattered. it pierce put up his normal numbers, no chance it gets to a game 6.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. What percentage of the blame goes on Lebron for losing this series?
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. i'd say he takes entire blame for game 5. he didn't show up and looked like he didn't care and the cavs stand no chance against good teams when that happens. other than that, he really doesn't deserve much of the blame. 2 good games and 3 average games is less than we've come to expect from lebron after some of his other playoff performances, but i don't see any reason to give him most of the blame when there are other guys who disappeared, were getting torched defensively, or just had no clue how to coach an nba team.
Re: LeBitch fans coming down hard on him. Some of them had the amount of games correct....they just picked the wrong team, lol.
