I think you have a basic misunderstanding of PER, and how it is calculated. So really you're just wasting your time. Mo Williams compares to Derek Fisher, Shaq in Miami compares to an All-star Big on par with Gasol. Further, the Dallas Mavericks? Ok let's not even bring that up.
Stats show nothing on LeBron dude, Durant was the leading scorer in the NBA but he's not top 5 player. LeBron gets the stats that you see because he's 6'8 260+lbs, basically a PF stuck in a PG minded body. If MJ had same body (or even Kobe) they'd average 50+ every season and fill the stat sheet, because they talent. Anyways, keep loving LeBron, nothing wrong with that, even root for Cavs (or whatever team he ends up in).
We are not talking about average PER. We are talking about outliyers. Last i looked a team included an entire rotation. Not just the #2 guy.

I guess the playoffs bore you if Chicago's not participating. Last time I checked, John Hollinger analyzed the entire roster today, and I read about it. Antawn Jamison and Mo were terrible, LeBron played at MVP candidate level even "struggling".
No he didn't, he played at star level which so did Rondo, KG, and so have Wade, Howard, Kobe, Gasol, Durant, etc. He wasn't up to MVP level.

LeBron just gave up, now if he did it on purpose than that's even worse, if he decides to move out of Cleveland, this was basically a FU to the city of Cleveland, and to Cavs fans. Something MJ/Kobe would never do. (that's what separates them)

MJ retired twice, then left to play for Washington. I know he was also GM, but he still played. Kobe was on the verge of leaving. Unless he was using the Bulls as leverage.

Google, "player efficiency rating". You'll see 15= average, 22= All-Star, 25 = weak MVP candidate. 24.5 PER on 46 minutes a game, while shutting down another star player is weak MVP level at the very least. PER doesn't account for elite defensive abilities either. Or best playoff defense.
Not true. Jordan mailed it in against the Knicks back in the day. MJ still is G.O.A.T. by a fair margin.
