The NASCAR veteran and 10-time Indianapolis 500 starter isn't convinced that $20 million is enough to entice a significant number of NASCAR drivers to come to Indy even if the starting time is changed to accommodate them. "There's still the big issue of priorities," said Andretti, who is driving this month for his cousin Michael's team. "And anybody who comes into somebody else's backyard to race is going to be a long shot."
