Okay, i know some of you guys are young and small, but do any of you guys lift wieghts? if you do, what is your max lifting in the stuff you guys do. Most athletic school programs have some kind of weight lifting program. Heres what i did last time i maxed out:Bench-225Incline-170Powerclean-205Squat-325I really dont lift that much for how big i am. I'm bout between 200 and 215 pounds and i'm about 6'1 in hieght.
180 pounds bench regular. I guess its okay for my age and weight. (13, 175 pounds) My older brother doesnt make me do incline yet. i curl 30-35 pound dumbells, and my 50 pound barbell. i leg press 300, squat 200 (my legs are my strongest part) I dont work my chest and biceps same day as my legs though. I used to do everything at one day not anymore. i also when i go to my brothers high school to work out (more machines than at home) i use the football machine, stairway sh*t, and a lot of other cool stuff. and i dont use a machine for the bench, i use a regular one.
I dont do weights that much. Since I play tennis I do a lot of conditioning, and pushups, and crunches, and jump roping. But from time to time, I might even go to the YMCA with my friend today since I dont have school. (yeah, shes a member and im not, i need to become one) Im going to probably ball for a bit with her and maybe lift some weights. Im not sure, should be a good time regardless. Last time I actually used weights was during gym class sophomore year (so probably the fall/winter of 2004, now im a junior). I maxed out the leg press machine, at 430, 10 times with ease. I benched like 180 7-10 times. Leg Extension I did like 200. Yeah, as you can tell, my legs are jacked and I'm pretty proud of it. Helps me in tennis too, but I need to work on upper body strength and endurance this offseason. Itll make me a better player. But usually I just stick to running. I run 3 miles every day before school, and have practice after school except on days in which we have matches. Its a lot but my body is used to it and I usually dont get sore any more unless I do lift weights.
i used to work out a lot, say between age 16 and 19 or so, but then i started working and really didn't feel like heading out to the gym after a 9 hour work-day, plus the membership was expensive and i didn't feel like paying 120$ a quarter for somewhere i only manage to force myself to go once a week.I guess i benched about 235 lbs or so, though i rarely did that, i usually went for the lean muscle, benching about 175 with a lot of reps and sets.Nowadays i do pushups and use expander tubes and the like to keep in shape, mostly work on my triceps, biceps and abs, but i'm not as strong as i was a year ago or two.

I don't lift. I am 5'6'', 130lbs. But I do a lot of cardio. I'm really fit but just don't lift at all.

You said on the old BBW you benched 120. So you increased your bench press 110 pounds in 6 months?BUSTED.....

Then the old BBW says 110. Now you say 190. Get it right. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Whats the link to the old forum?</div>I checked yesterday and I think it has been deleted.
