yeah. I kind of have a problem waking up in the morning. No direct sunlight in my bedroom.....was thinking this would help me wake up. I remember I used to have a system where instead of an alarm, a heat lamp would turn on right on my face.
Yeah flipping that on right after the alarm wouldn't be a bad idea. Think i would use it during prolonged periods of overcast weather. Looks like its recommend to use it 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
Bright lights in the morning would not work well for me. Just set your alarm to a radio. Always helps for me.
I actually have very little trouble getting up as long as I get at least 6 hours of sleep. I'll probably wait until fall to think about getting one.
