only using the most realistic possibilities
1.Cleveland-has proved that the farthest that team can go is not far enough for a championship
2.New York-LeBron, Bosh, Gallinari, and Chandler enough for a championship? I don't quite think so
3.Miami-Same deal as New York but with Wade, just not enough other pieces, heard that if they can unload Beasley and Cook they have enough cap space for a 3rd star but playing 3-5 can only work for so long
4.New Jersey-Brook Lopez is an all-star, Harris is solid, the #1 pick, along with complementary pieces Terrence Williams and Courtney Lee is enticing along with an owner willing to spend and an opportunity to choose the coach
5.Chicago-2 young all stars and the fact that if they can unload Deng (possibly to Dallas for Dampiers odd contract?) they can sign another max player. This team truly inspires fear in me.
    PG-Rose
    SG-Hinrich
    SF-James
    PF-Bosh
    C-Noah
with Gibson and others off the bench, that team could win an easy 65

I'm not sure about New York's coaching situation either.

i dont want to see lebron in nyc, because i like the knicks. id like to see that team build a proper roster instead of randomly adding talented players.

if they could do what boston did a few seasons back they could revitalize thier franchise. yes they will probably need atleast one superstar player like wade or bosh, but i just dont think lebron is the answer. he is not a winner by any standards, and wade is. bosh can play a terriffic supplementry role to wade like the way pau is to kobe, still great, but also not the number 1 option. then add numerous role players that are proven to be good at thier role and you have a solid start at becoming a good or even great team.

Wade has been swept out of the playoffs in the first round, missed the post-season, and lost two years in a row in the first round the last 4 seasons. Last year with a 3-2 lead. He's not a "winner" that's a joke man; none of these guys are without a second all-star. He had a nice defensive team and an all-star big, even Kobe has been more consistent very late into his career (aside from this season).

if Lebron were to go to any team, really, they'd be a playoff team. Also, any team hoping to steal him away from Cleveland would need a grea sales pitch and adding him and only him wouldn't cut it. I guarantee any of these teams (aside from maybe Chicago, if you consider moving Hinrich or Deng a big move) would be making huge moves after they sign Lebron.

Oh yeah I forgot, Miami also choked a 3-2 lead to the Pistons in 2005. That's the year Shaq was second in MVP voting.

Deng looks very hard to move around with that contract. What are the rumors there?

How much does Kirk have left in your opinion?

Well Kirk is still serviceable and when plaing his best is a must for any championship team. He's a good defender with a decent shooting touch that can keep a D honest. He can also share some of the PG responsibilities. He's easier to move than Deng. Much easier.

Deng is another story. Rock and a hard place. Not much else to say.

Anyways, as much as i'd LOVE Lebron to be in Chicago with Rose and Noah, I just can't imagine him trying to bring that franchise beyond Jordan. It's fitting that he goes to NYC. If they get some decent pieces and possibly Amare (hell, even JJ) with Lebron up in NYC (with Chandler, Gallinari, Harrington, Sergio etc.) wouldn't be that bad. In fact, i'm willing to bet my left testicle that Lebron (and JJ or Amare) and D'Antoni can take that team to 60 wins.

these are all fair points your making HK, but hen you are constantly making arguments that "if lebron's team was better" or if his teammates were better" yet you failed to recognize wade's situation in miami. when he won finals MVP (winner) he had a good shaq on his squad as a second. aside from that, and correct me if im wrong, the rest of the team was not something to write home about. now with lebron he has shaq, mind you a not very good shaq, but still, a shaq. he has a supporting cast that played terriffic all season long, and "chocked" in the playoffs.

there is , however, and argument to be made that lebron obvious display of poor sportsmanship, his lack of intensity when his team needed thier leader, was the root of the poor play from the team overall. when role players come to play with great players, thier level of play rises when that great player is a winner, and by that i mean having the attitude of a winner. i strongly beleive wade has this through and through. and i also strongly believe that lebron is lacking in this department.

now you of all people will probably disagree with me, but try not to biased towards your personal preference and consider the fact that lebron's constant poor attitude has let his teammate down when it mattered most, leaving them without the strong leadership it takes to be a winning team.

The difference is wade can't get out of the first round. King is constantly competing for a title and generally over-performs. He took the Celtics in 2008 to 7 games, LA choked in 6. Shaq is 38 years old.

That argument doesn't work for Kobe or Wade, they're not winners. We've seen what they can do with a Lamar Odom level player, and they can't win a title. Mo Williams choked worse then that two years in a row, whereas Bron averaged 27-9-7 in his "worst" series (had an all-time series against Orlando), he has to do everything.

Wade is Tracy McGrady without Shaq, he's a loser. Anyone saying he's a winner is ignoring the convenient fact that Bron's second and third option average 12 points on 40% shooting.

Kobe-Shaq fallout in 2004, the one million technical fouls Kobe always gets caught doing. Kobe quitting in Game 6 against Boston. Let's not point the finger if we're guilty of some stuff.

Will Perdue in 1991, Steve Kerr 1996. Look up those events and how they got attacked by a certain someone from Chicago. I'd rather hang around with LeBron, at least I won't get punched.

Boston 2008, we could have used some real leadership when we choked a 24 point lead, with an actually talented team.

I get it, you don't like him. That doesn't make your argument look good. Wade is a loser and so is Shaq by the way, without an elite second option.

I really don't know where he is going, but Kirk is decent. I just think he's real overpaid, but he can work on teams.

Authentiq, can you enlighten me on the headband situation in Chicago? Why is that rule in place? Sounds problematic for you know who, lol.

There are no winners in the NBA as none of the players have done nothing but win.

As a Laker fan, personally, I don't give a damn where he's going LOL.
Wherever he goes (unless to Boston, Lakers, or Orlando aka a contender), I don't think we have to worry about him too much.

Personally, my guess is he's going to join Joe Johnson in NY. I can see him demanding NY to trade for Varejao as well.

I'm SO certain we are getting Bosh (would make more sense for Bosh. Still a big market, and a proven championship team, with a proven leader. Also, he is very good friends with one of the Lakers (I THINK Odom), and it is WELL documented that PJax LOVES Bosh and wants him in purple and gold).

    With this lineup:
PG MLE ?????? (It won't be Fisher, so put a big, young PG who can play defense here)
    SG Kobe Bryant
    SF Ron Artest
    PF Chris Bosh
    C Pau Gasol
    6th Man Lamar Odom

I'm confident that NO team, not even LeBron and Wade, could beat us. This year, we got SO much better defensively, and lost offense. With Chris Bosh, I think we are an EXTREMELY balanced team.

Wade also had Zo in the Finals they won. He was a huge factor for the Heat winning the title with his defense in the post.

Bosh has been linked to the Lakers ever since PJax got fined for his tampering comments.

I thought the no headband rule in Chicago was a Scott Skiles rule?

As for the question I'd like to see LeBron team up with Kobe in LA.

Maybe it would work for him in Chicago? As long as we manage to pry away hinrich...

If not, i wouldn't mind him here in LA when Kobe retires... id rather have Durant though (day dreaming)

No disrespect, and I hate thrashing out on people, but dude, ALL your posts are REALLY delusional. You want CP3, Kobe, LeBron, Bosh, and Howard all on the Lakers, and, sad thing is, you think it's actually a possibility! PLEASE start making sense with your posts.

I read another one of your posts recently that said we should go after Westbrook. Do you REALLY think OKC is going to trade Westbrook to the Lakers?

    Reality, man. You need some.
