Point guard Justin Cobbs has decided to transfer to California after playing his freshman year for Minnesota. Cobbs, a California native, leaves the Golden Gophers after playing in 34 of the team's 35 games, averaging 2.1 points, 1.3 assists and 10.7 minutes per game as a backup.
