My top 2 are:1) Michael Jordan2) Allen IversonI'm just guessing, this stat is not emphasized at all as an alltime stat, and no one pays attention to steals in older periods, so for elder players i wouldnt know.

Stockton has to be first. He leads the all-time steals list by a mile.

It really depends on what you're talking about. Stealing as in playing the passing lanes, or stealing as in stripping your man of the ball in a one-on-one defensive situation?Anyway, my top five, in no particular order are:John StocktonMaurice CheeksGary PaytonMichael JordanScottie PippenHomer pick: AI.
