    Not really, Chicago is known world wide has bigger economy, plus is close to 10 million population. (metro) (while dallas is around 6.5 million metro)

    Good call, too. It seems like Stern has a stack of pre-printed 100K fines with Cuban's name on it, and a blank line for the offense description. Just write one up and send it out, easy-peasy.
