Alright, I really don't mean this as offensive or condescending. Do you think someone who receives welfare/food-stamps shoudl be forced to start taking birth control? It is cliche, but think of the children.

A better idea would be to put fertility drugs into Lake Oswego's drinking water.

Since illegal aliens can't get welfare or food stamps in Oregon effective population control should be to out breed them with a higher class of people.

I'm not bashing poor people. I'm just asking if it's fair to bring people into the world that need to be supported.

edit: If it says anything more about my character I'd also like a 3 child limit on all families. =\

Oh come on, we were just having a little fun. Put your question back up. The extremists on both sides will be here soon to debate and insult each other over it.

    Of course.

But then I think everyone should be forced to use birth control.
It would sure save me a lot on my property taxes.

Hey! You kids get off my planet!

I see no need to force people living off the government tit into birth control. We might as well force every person to buy health insur........, er, ....... let me change that.

But seriously, my sister was a classic "welfare mamma" for years and years. Finally, she was offered a job by the State and now has worked herself up to a manager. I think forcing welfare types to use birth control or other such restrictions is not right as it makes no sense to beat them up. The best thing to do for them is to make their welfare temporary.

No. I do believe that they should only be able to use the food stamps at certain stores that only stock basic groceries. A kind of costco but only accessible for people with foodstamps/welfare. Really basic selection of foods. High nutrient, cheap, etc.

There's an easier way than doing birth control, just stop giving welfare to lazy people, unless they really need it (medical reason, handicapped, fired from job (only give it to them for 6 months until they find new job)), the way they do it now is so fucking sick, I see it every day in Massachusetts and Connecticut, the lazy people get welfare, sit around never work, sell and do drugs, etc etc.

I don't mean immigrants. Besides I don't think illegal immigrants can get welfare
