    Who was the better QB to WR threat,Peyton Manning to Marvin Harrison or Steve Young to Jerry Rice?

    I'd have to go with the 49ers at the moment. The greatest WR of all time and one of the best QB's of all time.

    ^I agree. You can't go against the best Wr ever and a hall of fame QB. However the Marvin/Manning duo still has time to prove me wrong.

    Peyton/Harrison duo, has the potential to be the best duo ever. However they have not reached that point yet. Steve and Jerry Rice are still better

    Steve and Jerry. Best WR and great QB vs. Great QB and Great WR. Option #1 gets the edge

    How can someone think that Marvin and Peyton are better? They havent even won a SB together and they have not done the things that Rice and Young have done. Maybe if they are together for 3 more years then they might get closer...

    Too bad that Harrison wasnt indisputably the main option, he had the 2nd on the team in recieving yards, but they have yet to prove themselves

    I agree with everyone else that Young/Rice is better than Manning/Harrison. Manning and Harrison are both great players, but the Young/Rice is on another level. The Montana/Rice combo has to be the best of all time though.

    If that combination was so well, Peyton wouldnt have torn apart all the records the two set already. Also, if any of you actually watched Rice, Marvin Harrison right now is better then Rice was in the late 90s. Along with Manning being better then Steve Young.
