I believe he is referring to the millions of illegal aliens who come here to have babies on our tax dollar and are unjustly rewarded by having citizenship bestowed on their child which gives them the added benefit of most likely being awarded amnesty at some later date for their conspiracy to defraud our government and invasion of our homeland. My guess anyway.
I tend to agree here with Maris as well. I have no problems welcoming new citizens..., but there needs to be a process that is both fair and reasonable.
