Wouldn't normally do this, but I am kind of bored and can't quite go to sleep yet......but, my band, Here Come Dots, is playing on Sunday night at Kelly's Olympian. The Portland people are definately welcome to come on on down! We play something that can best be described as Dreamy Pop. Not sure what that means exactly. If that sounds interesting to you, then come on out.

Dreamy Pop actually sounds like my taste. I would totally go if I were in Portland. And there's nothing shameless about inviting people to see you perform.

Nope. We have only played a handful of shows so far.....kind of a newer project. Actually, an older project that is finally getting off of the ground.

We haven't had the money for a good recording yet, but I have some demos I recorded at

    www.myspace.com/andherecomedots

And no, we don't tune to C and play through bass amps.....although that sounds like a good idea, now that it is mentioned....hehe

You used to have a different sound, Prunetang. What was the name of that song you had me download back around 2004. I really liked it. You might need to name your top 2-3 songs back then for me to recognize the title. It sounded very professional and I was surprised.

I do remember that. That was back on the espn boards, right? I believe the song was titled "Living in a Silent Film".
I have actually reincarnated that song with my current band. Surprisingly, it fits in really well with the rest of our stuff.

I'm listening as I type! Downloaded 8/14/03 to my hard drive. It's in a folder I never would have thought of. I'll move the file so I can find it next time. Yes, it was in our ESPN era. Thanks!

If you guys lived in a big city you'd have taken off!
