The Duke Blue Devils and the Notre Dame Irish have been sharing a hotel. Up until now, things were cordial. The Duke and Notre Dame teams would pass each other in the hallway and wish the other “good luck” with their upcoming game. With them now playing each other Monday things could get awkward as the teams are going to be seeing each fairly often before they face off. Moment in the elevator could be eerily silent. Also until now, the teams were on different schedules. But come Monday especially, mealtimes will be at about the same time (and on the same floor) and both teams will be heading out to the game at about same time. Someone suggested that the left bank of elevators be for Notre Dame and the right bank of elevators for Duke.
