That's a lot of jobs to cut. BUt the #1 cost to a company in this country is labor, so it shouldn't be too surprising.
It's just more value chain disintermediation. They're replacing most of the people with automation, which will make the customer service experience that much more fun. If people are bothered by this development, they should purchase computers from other providers. I know I will.
