i ate one. was pretty decent. definitely not bad, though not my favorite fast food sandwich either. i'd be interested in getting one occasionally. thought it could have used some bread.

I haven't tried it and probably never will. That shit sounds way too greasy.

I had one that they did hand out for free here in Houston. I thought it was ok, but not what it could be. They put some sort of sauce on it that has a little kick to it, so that's good. I got regular and my friend got grilled, and we cut them in half and tried each. I liked the grilled better, FWIW

People: You need to specify if it was the grilled or fried version.

I had the grilled one a couple of weeks ago. It was definitely tasty. I'm probably not going to have one again, at least not for a while. I might recommend it if you were body-building or something.

This would have been a better product to release like 8 years ago, during the Atkins diet craze.

I had a grilled one, and I thought it was delicious. I don't think I could eat more than one of these every couple of months, and I'd feel like I'd need to eat salad for about three weeks straight after each one. But I'll still have one again.

Just put salt on it, that way if the cholesterol clogs your arteries, the salt will thin your blood and it'll even out!

Outside of the sodium, it's not that bad. Still wouldn't get one.

I had one a month or so ago (fried) and it wasn't anything to be excited about. The sauce with a little kick was nice but the chicken was just well tons and tons of oversalted and greasy chicken that really wasn't very tasty. The cheese/bacon was nice but there was just to much bad chicken(Might have just been a bad batch of their boneless chicken) to make it worthwhile. Next time I go to KFC i'll stick to there famous bowl.
