I say Hughes. The only reason he played bad because of his injury. I think that slowed him down. No hate to Bulter tho, hes a great player, and is almost filling in perfect for replacing Hughes.

Hughes because he is much better defensively and has the ability to score as much if not more than Caron.

Wow guys. Do you really want a guy that will only play 50-60 games a year? Butler is much more durable than Hughes, and he is just as good a defender as Hughes is. Hughes just goes into the passing lanes and steals the ball. Not your typical lock-down kind of defender. I've explained this about 5 times now. Caron has offensive game that equals Hughes, and a much more better and improved jump shot than Larry. Caron even has the potential to become a better player than Larry with the way Larry's getting injured these days. Caron can become efficent in many categories, and he was a beast on the boards against Cleveland in Game 6, 20 rebounds for 6'5 player. Dunno about you guys, but I'd take Butler.

I'd take an injury free Hughes right here. He has really quick hands and he is a master at defense and especially at stealing the ball. He can't shoot the 3 ball very well but his jumpers go in most of the time, even when he is on the run. He is quick on offense as well. He can catch a backdoor pass and then put it in within instants. And he can also take it to the hole. He has pretty good court vision and can help his teammates out. He can play both guard positions. He's very valuable when healthy. About a 20 ppg with great D.

When Larry was in Washington I would've took him easily but after this injry he suffered,I take he has ruined his career. If I were to take one right now it would easily be Butler. He has just started to show his potential and should be a steady fit for the Wizards.Hes an amazing rebounder and puts up the same amount of points Hughes put up this season. When Larry wasn't injured he was a better scorer but I think he is overated as a defender. As Zards said he just plays the passing lanes like Iverson. Now I'd take Caron because he is on the rise unlike Hughes who in decreasing his performance.

Larry I guess. Both players are very talented. And very equaled. But Larry has that defesne going for his favor. Caron is going to breakout but will have t wait a little bit. I can see Caron as won of the best players in the NBA in 5-6 years. While Hughes, with that injury has slowed down a bit. His last year in Washington may have been his best. But her you never know what will happen next year when he is back and healthy.

Caron, though both players contain alot of potential, Caron has shown more and brought more to the wizards than when Larry Hughes was on there. Caron is more clutch and was able to guard Lebron James in the Cavs-Zards seires.
