Depends,on or off the court?Now there are no real physical players but back then the so called "Bad Boys" were one of the roughest teams out there.They would foul you as hard as they could and played very physical as a team.
Antonio Walker if your talking about how much he argues. Almost every game he complains a couple of times to the referees.
Might as well throw in Rasheed also,he had like 30 technicals mainly because of him arguing or doing dumb things,luckily for the Pistons he hasn't done it in the playoffs yet.

Right now I would go with Kobe Bryant just because of his image, and possibly Allen Iverson, the way he dresses gives some people the wrong image for him.
