Not sure what I think of this. Izzo is a great college coach, but isn't all that accustomed to dealing with big stars, rather has a good group of guys together without a big star (or at least I think that's been the case at Michigan State), whereas the Cavs really need a proven NBA Head Coach capable of dealing with stars. Problem is, there might not be one of those on the market right now. The closer we get to July 1 the more I can see LeBron jumping ship...
It didn't make sense for him to leave without the LeBron guarantee in place. LeBron didn't commit and Izzo passed up the position and I don't blame him.
