He's amazing. I have all his battles against Meek Millz and Joey Jihad."Whatever you started Reed gonna finish. You aint a threat I wrote this shit in like 15 minutes""Catch Reed on the block posted up where the bills at. I see Meek but damn where the fuck is the Millz at""Usually I keep the 50 right under my dickie case 1 of these niggas try to hit me and i can pull it out and give em more shots than 50 not the bull from G-UNIT but the clip till its empty"
"Catch Reed on the block posted up where the bills at. I see Meek but damn where the F*ck is the Millz at"That line is sick..
Post some of your favroites..10 or so?I'd like to see if I know them, if I don't i'll download them..
Ok i'll try,I'd also like to know if it would be possible if I can post a link to download one of there songs.
Talib Kweli-One of the best out there, amazing lyrics and beats.I recommend you hear his album Quality.Mos Def-Similar to Talib,a jazz/hip-hop type of music.Check out his Black on Both Sides album.Common-Same category as the previous 2,his newest album “Be” is flat out amazing.Kanye West produced the album for those that don’t know.Rakim-Dropped 1 of the greatest albums all-time with “Paid in Full” it’s a bit old but his flow is just amazing. Also check out the album “The Master”.Ghostface Killah-Old Wu-Tang Clan member, probably the most consistant of them all.Check out his latest album which came out in 2006,”Fishscale”Now I’ll just throw out lots of other which are just as good.KRS-One, GZA, Pharoahe Monch, , Ice-T, Slick Rick, Big Daddy Kane, BIG, LL, G Rap, Redman, Method Man, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Big Pun, Q-Tip, Masta Ace, Big Boi, Kool Moe Dee, Treach, Cee-Lo, Big L, Black Thought, Keith Murray, MC Shan, Jeru, Prodigy, Bun B, Canibus, DMX, Lord Finesse, AZ, DOC, MC Ren, Del, Schooly D, OC, Royce Da 5’9Now a few albums I’ll like to recommend-The Sun Rises in the Easy by Jeru The Damaja and Army of the Pharaohs-The Torture PapersFew other MCs now, here is K-Os.He's a Candian rapper/singer/producer that is absolutely amazing. He has put out two great albums, Exit and Joyful Rebellion. The second being the single greatest hip-hop record to come out of Canada. By a long shot. He's kind of like a Mos Def or Lauryn Hill kind of MC, in that he has that conscious side to him and he can sing. His albums are a medley of many genres. There's straight hip-hop with him rapping, there's beats that incorporate elements of many genres, and there's songs where it's basically a soul song. Because of the law in Canada which states that Canadian content must make up 25% of content on the radio or TV, a guy like K-Os can get all kinds fo radioplay without making songs for the sole purpose of getting on the radio. What I've done is put up his best song (The Love Song) that features his usual rapping and singing, and I've also included Superstar Pt. 2, which is a song of mostly singing. You will not be disappointed by this extremely gifted MC.K-Os - Superstar Pt. 2 (off of Exit)http://www.sendspace.com/file/k78xgbK-Os - The Love Song (off of Joyfull Rebellion)Code:http://www.sendspace.com/file/rtoaijNow I give you The Lost Boyz I’m not gonna give you another long explanation but rather a song of there’s which was produced by Pete Rock Lost Boyz - The Yearnhttp://www.sendspace.com/file/7mpwe2Interested in any more either PM me or just ask in this thread.
