"The Bucs have signed rookie punter Brent Bowden to a four-year contract, making the sixth-round selection the third member of the rookie class to sign.

That addition was offset by the release of receiver Mark Bradley, who was cut to make room on the roster. That move is mildly surprising given the fact the Bucs went through the trouble of tendering Bradley a restricted free agent contract, which he subsequently signed. That gave the Bucs the right of first refusal on Bradley, a former second-round choice of the Bears.

Bradley presumably wasn't making enough headway in the Bucs' big group of receivers as the offseason unfolded."
