"Falcons draft picks offensive linemen Joe Hawley and cornerback Dominique Franks signed four-year contracts Tuesday. Hawley, a fourth-rounder from UNLV, received a signing bonus of about $480,000. Franks, a fifth-round pick from Oklahoma, received $211,050 in signing bonus. "He's very excited," said Doug Hendrickson, Franks' agent. "He wanted to be a Falcon.
